Completed in 2024, this stunning multi-level home was designed by Harrison Sutton | Chartered Architects, Totnes, Devon and constructed by Doyle & Whitley construction, project management and main contractors , showcasing the finest craftsmanship and innovative design.
Perched above the scenic Fowey inlet, the property was conceived to maximise breathtaking coastal views through seamless, high-performance glazing. Our contribution included lift-and-slide sliding doors, slimline opening windows, bifolding doors, panoramic corner glazing, and concealed frame glazing—all meticulously engineered to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. The expansive glass elements flood the interiors with natural light while providing effortless access to balconies on multiple levels, blending indoor and outdoor living.
The architects’ vision prioritised clean lines and uninterrupted sightlines, achieved through our precision glazing systems. The slim profiles and concealed frames maintained a minimalist aesthetic, while advanced thermal and weatherproofing performance ensured comfort in Cornwall’s coastal climate.
