The redesigned Gatesmead home seamlessly combines classic architectural charm with high-end, modern features. Built to withstand coastal elements, the home now features cutting-edge insulation and advanced, energy-efficient glazing. The floor-to-ceiling glass not only maximizes the breathtaking coastal views but also offers superior thermal performance, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency year-round. This state-of-the-art glazing keeps the home warm in winter and cool in summer, seamlessly combining style with sustainability.
A standout feature is the kitchen and living area extension, a design homage to the iconic mid-century homes of 1960s Los Angeles. With floor-to-ceiling glass and expansive glazing, this space opens up dramatically from the corner, inviting in natural light and offering uninterrupted views of the scenic South Coast.
